These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of korena.com.au and any purchase from Korena. Korena is operated by J Edwards & L Gouws (ABN 27 316 852 819), trading as Korena ("Korena", "we", "us"). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About our products

Korena sells cosmetic skincare. Our masks are cosmetic products intended to support the look and feel of your skin. They are not medicines or therapeutic goods, and nothing on our site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Always patch-test and discontinue use if irritation occurs; if you have a specific skin concern, seek advice from a qualified professional.

2. Orders & acceptance

When you place an order you make an offer to buy. We may accept or decline an order (for example, if an item is unavailable or there's a pricing or stock error). A contract is formed only once we confirm dispatch. We may cancel and fully refund an order affected by an obvious error.

3. Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders we've already accepted. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider; you confirm you're authorised to use the payment method.

4. Subscriptions

Subscribe & Save orders are recurring and governed by our Subscription Policy. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your nominated payment method for each order until you skip, pause or cancel. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your account or by emailing hi@korena.com.au.

5. Shipping, returns & refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund & Return Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms.

6. Your Australian Consumer Law rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure isn't major. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, Korena is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price you paid for that product.

8. Intellectual property

All content on korena.com.au, including the Korena name, logo, text, images and design, is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree to use our site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use it to harm others.

10. Privacy

We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version will always be posted here, and applies to orders placed after it's posted.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
