Every order is packed and dispatched from Melbourne, Australia.

Where we ship to

We ship Australia-wide. International orders are available by request. Email hi@korena.com.au before ordering and we'll arrange a quote.

Cost

Standard shipping is free on every Australian order. Express shipping, where available, is calculated at checkout.

Dispatch & delivery times

We aim to dispatch within about 2 business days of your order. From dispatch, typical delivery is:

• Australia, metro: 2-5 business days
• Australia, regional: 3-8 business days
• Express (where selected): 1-3 business days

These are carrier estimates from the time of dispatch, not guarantees. Once a parcel is with the carrier, timing is outside our control.

Tracking

You'll get an order confirmation by email, and a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If something looks stuck, hasn't arrived, or turns up damaged, email hi@korena.com.au with your order number and we'll chase it with the carrier and make it right. See our Refund Policy for damaged or incorrect orders.
