Returns & Refund Policy
Our Commitment
We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not satisfied, we want to make it right. Our policy is straightforward and fair.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, email us at hello@korena.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at hello@korena.com.au with a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no return required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased during a clearance or final-sale event
- Gift cards
- Opened skincare items (for hygiene reasons, unless faulty)
